Wir liefern derzeit nach Österreich, Deutschland und in andere EU-Länder. Die Produktion und der Versand erfolgen über unsere Print-on-Demand-Partner Printful und Printify. Diese haben mehrere Produktionsstandorte weltweit, wodurch deine Bestellung je nach Produkt aus unterschiedlichen Ländern versendet werden kann.

We currently ship to Austria, Germany, and other EU countries. Production and shipping are handled by our print-on-demand partners Printful and Printify. They operate multiple production facilities worldwide, so your order may be shipped from different countries depending on the product.

Produktionszeit / Production Time

Da alle Produkte individuell gefertigt werden, beträgt die Produktionszeit in der Regel 2–7 Werktage, abhängig von Produkt und Anbieter. In Spitzenzeiten (z. B. Feiertage, Aktionen oder hohe Nachfrage) kann sich die Bearbeitung etwas verzögern.

Since all products are made to order, production time is usually 2–7 business days, depending on the product and provider. During peak periods (e.g. holidays, promotions, or high demand), processing times may be longer.

Versanddauer / Shipping Time

Nach Abschluss der Produktion wird die Bestellung versendet. Die durchschnittliche Versandzeit beträgt:
– Österreich und Deutschland: 3–7 Werktage
– Übrige EU-Länder: 5–10 Werktage
Die Gesamtlieferzeit (Produktion plus Versand) kann daher etwa 5–14 Werktage betragen.

Versandkosten / Shipping Costs

Die Versandkosten werden beim Checkout automatisch berechnet und richten sich nach Produkt, Zielort und Anbieter. Bei Bestellungen mit mehreren Artikeln können die Produkte in Einzellieferungen ankommen, da sie möglicherweise aus verschiedenen Produktionsstandorten verschickt werden.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on product type, destination, and provider. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments as they may be produced at different facilities.

Unsere Partner versenden mit zuverlässigen Logistikunternehmen wie der Österreichischen Post, DHL, DPD, FedEx oder vergleichbaren Anbietern. Sobald deine Bestellung versendet wurde, erhältst du eine Versandbestätigung mit Tracking-Link, sofern verfügbar.

Our partners ship using reliable logistics providers such as Austrian Post, DHL, DPD, FedEx, or similar carriers. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Zoll und Steuern / Customs and Taxes

Für Lieferungen außerhalb der Europäischen Union können zusätzliche Zollgebühren oder Steuern anfallen, die vom Empfänger zu tragen sind. Innerhalb der EU fallen keine zusätzlichen Einfuhrkosten an.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Within the EU, no additional import fees are charged.

Falls eine Sendung beschädigt oder verloren geht, kontaktiere uns bitte umgehend, damit wir gemeinsam mit dem Versanddienstleister eine Lösung finden.
